Return Policy

At Varenya Veda, we take utmost care to deliver high-quality, authentic products to our customers. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable under the following condition:

If the product received is damaged, broken, or leaked, you must inform us within 24 hours of delivery, with clear photo/video evidence sent to varenyaveda@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at 6264556801.

After reviewing the evidence, if approved, we will credited a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Note: Refunds are not applicable for dissatisfaction due to taste, fragrance, or personal preferences.

 

Shipping Policy

All orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days from the date of order placement.

We currently ship across India using reliable courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.

All orders are delivered within 3–5 business days.
